Mamubazi Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the Mamubazi platform ("Mamubazi", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "member"). By accessing the Mamubazi website or mobile app, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Mamubazi is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. You must comply with these Terms in order to use our services.

2 Account Registration & Usage

When creating an account on Mamubazi, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or incorrect details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be terminated.
• Keep your account password and login credentials strictly private. Do not share them with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• To update your account name, date of birth, or identity document details, please contact the support team for assistance.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

The phone number and email provided at registration must be verified. Full access to our services will not be available until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification & KYC Process

Mamubazi strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you will need to submit one of the following valid identity documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid passport — photo of the information page
• Driving License — photos of both sides

Withdrawals will be limited until KYC verification is complete. Additional verification may be required for larger withdrawal amounts. All KYC information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Mamubazi supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other mobile banking methods. The payment rules are outlined below:

• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be in the same person's name.
• Using another person's mobile banking or bank account is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are both 500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold pending additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the turnover requirement must be completed first.

5 Betting Terms & Conditions

Please read these rules carefully before placing a bet on Mamubazi. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

• Your account must have sufficient balance before placing a bet. Bets will not be accepted if the balance is insufficient.
• Mamubazi reserves the right to void any bets placed due to technical issues or erroneous odds.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• Exploiting system or software glitches for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
• Placing identical bets on the same match from multiple accounts, or coordinating bets across accounts, is prohibited.

In the event of any dispute over a betting outcome, Mamubazi's decision will be considered final. However, complaints may still be submitted to the support team.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Mamubazi offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotional deals from time to time. Before claiming any of these bonuses, please make sure you're familiar with the following terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own turnover requirements. A specified amount must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• When using a bonus, all bets must meet the specified minimum odds.
• Mamubazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mamubazi platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or any automated method.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Mamubazi may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of a terms violation.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• Court order or request from a regulatory authority.
• Suspected security risk to the account.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Self-exclusion requests submitted to the support team will be processed within 24 hours.

9 Responsible Gaming

Mamubazi takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress.

• Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for their own accounts.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to temporarily deactivate your account for a period of 1 week to 6 months.
